750 piece jigsaw puzzles online, with friends
Seven hundred and fifty pieces is the step between a long evening and a real project. Alone it is three or four hours; with a group of five or six it is exactly one afternoon, which is why it turns up in team building plans more than any other big size.
Any picture in the catalog – or a photo you upload – can be cut into 750 pieces. You create a lobby, share the link, and everyone who opens it plays on the same board and sees each other's cursors. No account.
What 750 pieces is like
Pieces are about 50 pixels across at full size, so you will zoom in to place them and zoom out (the fit button) to find them. The board no longer fits comfortably on a phone; a laptop or a tablet is the right tool.
With five or more players it pays to divide the work: one or two on the frame, the rest each on a colour or an object. The players list shows who is in the room, and everyone's cursor shows where they are working, so gaps in the coverage are easy to spot.
How long it takes
Typical times with the classic shape and rotation off, for a picture with a reasonable amount of detail:
| Players | Estimated time |
|---|---|
| 1 player | 3–4 h |
| 2 players | 2–2.5 h |
| 3–4 players | 1–1.5 h |
Rotation adds around half again. The twisted shape adds more; square can double the time. Uniform pictures (sky, water, patterns) are slower than busy ones.
Which piece shape to pick
Classic. At 750 pieces the knobs are what keeps it fun; twisted adds a good chunk of time, square can double it and makes it a different hobby. If an experienced group wants more, turn on rotation.
- Classic (Normal) – Traditional knobs and holes. Every piece has its own silhouette, so the shape helps you.
- Twisted (Hard) – Wobbly, uneven cuts and knobs of random size. Pieces look alike and edges do not line up neatly.
- Square (Brutal) – Straight cuts, no knobs at all. Only the picture tells you where a piece goes.
Tips
- Do a 200 or 300 piece puzzle with the same group first, so everyone knows the controls before the big one.
- Choose a picture with several distinct regions: a painting, a street scene, a landscape with a horizon.
- If you do not finish, keep the link; the room waits 12 hours after the last person leaves.

Questions
How many people should do a 750 piece puzzle together?
Four to six is ideal: everyone has a region, nobody is idle. Two people can do it in an afternoon too; beyond eight, people start getting in each other's way.
Why 750 and not 800?
The wizard offers fixed steps (24, 48, 100, 200, 300, 500, 750, 1000, 1500). The grid is then chosen to keep pieces roughly square for the picture, so the actual count lands near 750 rather than exactly on it.
