Space jigsaw puzzles: nebulae, planets and galaxies
Real telescope and spacecraft images: Hubble’s Orion, Crab and Butterfly nebulae, the Whirlpool Galaxy and NGC 1300, Webb’s Pillars of Creation and Cosmic Cliffs, Saturn and Jupiter as Cassini saw them, and ESO’s view of the Carina Nebula. NASA imagery is public domain, and the ESO picture is CC BY 4.0.
Nebulae and galaxies have gorgeous colour but a lot of near-black. Pick a smaller count than you would for a landscape, or turn the ghost image on (the eye button in the toolbar) so the dark pieces have something to line up with.
Open any picture to see it full size and start a lobby with your own piece count (24 to 1500), shape and rotation setting. The link you get works over Discord, Zoom, WhatsApp or anything else that carries a URL – see how playing with friends works.
